I've been in IT for over 25 years, and today, as an IT director, I bring technology and business together. I work on systems development, process analysis, UX and delivering AI-based solutions. I enjoy concrete challenges - the moments when a seemingly complicated idea can be turned into something that actually works.
Outside work, I build my own projects and test how quickly an idea can become a working product with AI and vibe coding. And when I step away from the computer, I'd happily swap it for sails and catch some wind. Apparently I also unwind by solving maths problems - everyone has their quirks…

I don't like documentation for its own sake. I'd rather agree on what really needs doing, make a decision and see a working result. Substance — yes. Paperwork — only when it makes sense.
